Why is the website not a transactional one?
This website is designed to help you see what we have available in our shops. However, shopping for clothes is such an individual thing and we really do want to see you in person. The website will be updated regularly, as new deliveries are coming into us all the time.
What does the fitting room facility do?
The fitting room facility is designed to help you make some pre shopping choices and enable us to be ready for your visit to our store by making sure we have your size available. We aim to hold all items in stock at all times. However, sometimes a product is even more popular than we expected and we may sell out! In this case, we will offer you an alternative to have a look at and try on – sometimes it's good to try on something totally different. It often works!!
Do you take telephone orders?
If you really can not make it to one of our shops then we are happy to post an item to you. Please call 01780 766667. We will confirm to you that the stock is available at the time of the call. We post our items to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service at a cost of £4.95. If the item is not suitable when you receive it, you can exchange it in store for something of the same value.
What is your returns policy?
We do not offer refunds on any items. This does not include issues that are protected by your statutory rights. We are however very flexible on exchanges. Items may be returned to either of our shops, regardless of where they were bought. If there is nothing suitable for exchange at the time of return, then we will offer a credit note for the full value. This credit note has no time limitation. Sale items may have a time restriction applied for returns.
Do you offer a gift wrap service?
Yes we do! We wrap all purchases with care and attention. But if you need something in a box or with the price tag taken off and an extra piece of ribbon then just let us know.
